True to the Paushtaa philosophy, all our breads are made with genuine 100% whole wheat. They are handcrafted, in artisan ways.
We chose 'sourdough' because they are naturally fermented using yeast and are easier to digest than any standard white or wheat breads. They contain no sugar, no chemicals (not even improvers or conditioners), and absolutely no artificial flavors/colorings or preservatives. Classic Sourdough
